| ♡ i pack items with multiple layers of bubble wrap, cardboard (for thin items) and box (for bulk orders). i don't charge pf but you can avail add-ons such as toploader, corrugated box, etc. |

payment/isf will be collected once the items arrive in ph. it must be settled within three (3) days. late payment = ₱20 fee per day
DECLARATION FORM always declare your parcel. undeclared parcel = ₱20 fee
make sure that your items are fully paid, including the shipping fee. cash on delivery (cod) parcels will not be accepted.
the rates stated are all-in except for local fees. however, if the box is subject to customs tax or other fees, these will be divided among the renters.
i won't be liable if the undeclared parcel goes missing.
i won't be liable for any damages caused by the seller & courier.
i won't be liable if the yangdo, xianyu, mercari, etc seller you deal with is a scammer or sent replica/fake/wrong items.
arrival photos will be sent once my consol sends them to me except for japan items, arrival photos will be sent once arrived in ph address.
do not share my address with others.
PLEASE BE PATIENT AND NO RUSH SHIPOUT. FOR KR NETA, I will request a shipout from my consol once items that arrive are enough to fill a box (fastest is weekly). FOR CN FETA/NETA & JPN FETA, I will request a shipout atleast twice a month. weekly shipout will be available if there are alot of items that arrive.
you can keep your items in my ph address for two (2) weeks (for filo renters) or one (1) month (for non-filo renters)
please give me time to sort and repack your item once it arrives in ph.
unclaimed parcels due to unpaid isf and long storage will be disposed with no refund.
